Clinical Speech Therapist (Full-Time)

We are assisting a reputable hospital in

Singapore

in hiring a

Clinical Speech Therapist

to join their allied health team. This full-time position involves working with adult patients across diverse clinical areas, including ICU, neuroscience, geriatrics, medicine, and surgery.

Therapy services are provided across various settings such as acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, community-based programs, and home visits. The department also runs advanced swallowing clinics (Videofluoroscopy and FEES) and actively supports clinical research and continuous education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment and therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders in adult patients Deliver therapy across inpatient wards, rehabilitation units, community services, and home-based care Conduct instrumental swallowing assessments (VFSS and FEES) Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in audits, research, and professional training initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Speech Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore Open to Malaysian graduates from UKM, USM, or IIUM (temporarily recognised by AHPC) Experience with adult caseloads and dysphagia management is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for providing quality patient care
