Job Description


The Clinical Trainer is essential for helping health care professionals (HCPs) grasp vital clinical concepts in a clinical setting. They offer personalised one-on-one training to address the specific educational requirements of HCPs, including topics like anatomy, ageing, aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT), and the application of injection techniques from the Aesthetic Curriculum.

Delivers In-Clinic Services (65%):

Identifies educational needs and develops recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic settings, offering a customised educational journey for each HCP enrolled.

Establishes a tailored curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathway with HCPs to improve patient outcomes. The facilitation is hands-off, and HCPs retain clinical judgement and responsibility for patient treatment.

Focuses primarily on Beginner and Intermediate HCPs but extends support as needed based on educational requirements

Ensures a high level of service through timely follow-up with HCPs and records all interactions in VEEVA CRM for KPI monitoring.Supports Education via Digital Channel (15%):

Guides HCP educational curricula using company\'s digital channel to enhance clinical knowledge about aesthetic products. This channel is central offering for Beginner injectors and holds value for all HCPs.Supports Lead in Event Delivery (20%):

Assists in delivering key Affiliate-level events, including industry conferences, meetings/workshops, and the Mentee Programme, to engage with customers.

This activity also contributes to the Clinical Trainer\'s self-development and upskilling. If the Clinical Trainer possesses an appropriate clinical qualification, they may be requested to act as \'First Assist\' for Faculty during live technical workshops.

Key Requirements:

University degree in a clinically-based subject, specifically medicine, nursing, or dentistry; other patient-facing clinical roles may be accepted (e.g., physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy).

Experience in a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry, ideally in aesthetics.

Proficiency in facilitation, training, coaching, event management, and the preparation and delivery of workshops and training solutions.

Valid driver\'s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.Plus two or more of the following:

Fluent business English (ideal but not essential).

Metrics-driven mindset with experience in tracking activities using CRM tools.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Advanced skills in PowerPoint.Other Requirements:

Travel: Approximately 75% of the time, including local, national, and potential international travel, with some overnight and occasional weekend work.
