Cloud Engineer - Customer Success Wavelet Solutions Sdn Bhd has an opening for Cloud Engineer - Customer Success personnel that has a background in accounting and has good communication skills. This position would primarily be responsible for communicating with customers to help resolve their issues faced while using our ERP software. Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer\'s requirements.
- Direct communication with customers to provide daily software and server support.
- Involve in continuous technical and functional improvement to ensure competitiveness.
- Solve problems using logic and numbers.
- Ensure proper technical documentation.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining cloud servers.
- Responsible for regular server health checks to ensure all servers are healthy at all times.
- Troubleshoot emergency problems for customers.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information System, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Accounting/Finance, Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA), or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Networking, Cloud Computing, Basic Java Programming, LINUX, UNIX, SQL, OOP.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze complex multi-currency, multi-subsidiary, multi-accounting standards type of requirements.
- Understanding of cloud native platforms, and how the a.i. Automation can be used in the audit processes.
- Conduct routine system installation, troubleshooting, application maintenance tasks and user support.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Responsible for server migration and integrations requested by customers.
- Worked on various platforms with different programming languages and supported the production cluster management system.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Accounting is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
