JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for highly motivated and savvy Cloud Engineers to grow capabilities and expand our Cloud Consulting practice in Malaysia and APAC. Candidates who aspire to be cloud professionals and have attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, or another network and infrastructure related field should apply to join our growing team of cloud infrastructure experts. RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage day to day cloud services requirements for customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Detect and handle incidents to provide timely support through ticketing systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide consultation on existing and upcoming software/migration projects to cloud \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct periodic performance, health, and security checks to customer PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree on a computing related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to Detail and strong interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be flexible in a problem solving environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and thought processes
