The CIS VDI Engineer is accountable for ensuring the availability of Global IOSAPP services for NDBS. Ensuring services are delivered in line with global standards, and compliances and available to SLA expectations.

• Manage the Citrix environment at NDBS sites. Functions may include designing and implementing current/new Citrix solutions, maintaining the systems throughout their life cycle, integrating and publishing applications, integrating into the different environments, applying security policies, supporting the resolution of incidents/problems, and implementing effective service monitoring.
• Manage the Active Directory environment at NDBS sites. Functions may include support, configuration, design, operation, monitoring, management, and upgrading of all Domain Controllers and running instances of Microsoft Active Directory services deployed within NDBS.
• Manage underlying Windows Server technologies related to Citrix (RDS, SQL, DFS, DHCP, etc.)
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
• Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Always ensure that company Policies, Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

• Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• CITRIX - CCA, CCE, CCP, or equivalent/similar qualification.
• Min 4+ years of practical experience with Citrix /VDI and Virtual App deployments in data center environment (multitenant data center experience is preferable).
• Proven experience in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting VDI environments.
• Good knowledge of other Microsoft technologies like Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO.
• Background experience of working within Citrix environment.
• Strong English language - Written and Verbal and experience in international collaboration.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
• Able to travel when/if required.
