Drive cloud on-boarding of new and existing applications to AWS/Azure (RHB) landing zone with the agreed timeline for stakeholders
Prioritize cloud on-boarding initiatives based on team workload
Ensure all best practices for Cloud adoption is implemented onto cloud workloads
Ensure all IT security policies, compliance and regulatory frameworks are adhered to for Cloud migration
Sharing / educate cloud benefits and capabilities to relevant stakeholders in the process of cloud migration
Drive higher proficiency and faster adoption of Cloud adoption for RHB users (Business and IT)s
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud On-Boarding and Governance
Project management responsibility for new cloud workload onboarding from initiation through Go Live
Ensure businesses / sponsors have obtained budget for the setup of Cloud workload
Assists in Cloud cost exploration where applicable.
Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between multiple teams in RHB e.g. (CBO, CPE, Apps, Infra, Security, DR, Governance)
Apply Agile / Hybrid project management to track on-boarding activities, dependencies and timeline
Collaborates with other team members to ensure on-boarding timeline is met, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement.
Assists and coordinate with System Owner in Cloud Risk assessment and BNM RMIT checklist completion
Prepare necessary documentation for BNM clearance and approvals for Cloud workload hosting on different Cloud Service Providers
Lead Cloud onboarding engagements for selected IT systems and ensure candidate system has gone through the decision matrix for cloud selection
Continuous collaboration with Cloud Platform Engineering team to develop Cloud standards and guardrails to be applied for all aspects of Cloud hosting
Work with IT Security and Cloud Platform Engineering team to ensure all Cloud workloads configurations, scaling properties, metrics, loggings, and monitoring, reporting and associated Cloud technologies adheres to Group IT policies and standards.
Report on status updates & KPIs for all Cloud engagements and provide input to improve the process and enhance our customer's onboarding experience
Understand cloud system architectures and facilitate discussions around them
Change Management
Create or contribute to change enablement strategies and plans, including training and communications
Identify and structure right mechanism for everyone in RHB o go from Cloud Beginner to Cloud Expert via enablement and training program or
Educate key RHB stakeholders on cloud knowledge and establish the cloud curriculum strategy to grow the cloud fluency
Conduct effective change impact assessments and readiness assessments through feedback mechanism
Define, plan and execute change management plans to support communication and transition activities between different IT Teams
Develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption plans
Integrate change management activities into project plans
Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy
Orchestrate organizational adoption of new processes requiring behavioral and cultural change
- . Relevant cloud Certifications with a major cloud provider such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects with strict timelines
Excellent people skills, including oral and written communications
Ability to communicate effectively at project management level within customer
Experience with program management, enterprise technology implementation, strategy development and customer advocacy.
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
A successful, proven track record with large-scale organizational change efforts
A background of Cloud Platform Service Provider (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google platform)
Work iteratively in a team (Agile ways of working) with continuous collaboration.
Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills.
