Job Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Solutioning & Client Success Architect who blends technical cloud expertise with client partnership skills. This role is responsible for designing scalable cloud solutions, supporting presales engagements, and driving client success by uncovering new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud solutions.

RolesResponsibilities

Cloud Solutioning: Design and validate secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures (AWS). Presales Engagement: Lead technical discovery, prepare proposals, and deliver solution presentations. Client Success & Growth: Build long-term client partnerships, act as a trusted advisor, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and generate new revenue streams. Advisory: Guide clients on cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and optimization strategies. Collaboration: Work with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of solutions.

Skills /Competencies

Strong technical and business acumen with ability to map solutions to outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, building credibility and long-term trust with clients. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and client relationships effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. Cloud certifications preferred (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).

Experience

5-7 years' experience in cloud solution architecture, presales, or client engagement roles. Proven track record of delivering cloud solutions and driving revenue growth from existing clients.

Knowledge

Deep knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services and architectures. Familiarity with hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and cloud security best practices. Understanding of enterprise IT environments, migration strategies, and modernization frameworks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
