We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong sales expertise to join our growing team in Malaysia. This role combines client relationship management with hands-on technical support and sales engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success and promoting solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Identify and close new business opportunities (prospecting, cold outreach, networking)
Demonstrate and present IT/Cybersecurity solutions to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and meet/exceed sales targets
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and industry movements
Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations
Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
? bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
? 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development
? Strong knowledge or passion for IT & Cybersecurity solutions
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
? CRM and sales analytics tools proficiency
? Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
