Provide L1 and L2 support for the platform to customers. Provide monitoring and reporting to customer for applicable platform solutions. Liaise, coordinate and be involved with the projects on service improvement and optimization. Review, revise and recommend SOP to optimize operations efficiency. Provide enablement to applicable units. All you need Bachelor's Degree in a Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent. Experienced in Windows or Linux Operating Systems. Experienced in virtualization technology is an added advantage. Experience in AWS, Google Cloud, Azure is an added advantage. Experience in OpenStack is an added advantage. Experience in SDN/NFV is an added advantage. Strong analytic skill is compulsory. Ability to work independently on a wide range of assignment is compulsory.
