: Supervise the Electronics Category Marketing team in the end-to-end management of category campaigns and related initiatives under Electronics category Work closely with Commercial team in identifying key segments to push based on platform direction, competitor movements, market research, or user/seller insights in a form of campaigns Plan campaign calendar, ideate campaign key selling points, in-app & out-app communication plans, and budget management Analyze campaign performance including commercial and traffic metrics. Derive insights to further improve performance Initiate new projects to grow the buyer base, commercial performance, or improve user experience of category Requirements: Minimum 4 years of work experience. Experience in e-commerce, campaign marketing, or commercial would be a plus Strong problem solving skills able to analyze issues / identify opportunities and turn it into recommendations Strong projects management skills able to lead and PMO cross-functional projects Able to manage a small team and coach team members Proficient in Thai and English Proactive and can-do attitude
