Job Summary

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking CMM Operator to perform precise inspection and measurement of product samples to ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves operating measurement instruments, preparing reports, and supporting engineers in process stability verification to maintain high product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect new product samples and ensure compliance with technical drawings and customer requirements. Perform dimensional checks based on the "Sample Report Request Registration Form" and maintain accurate inspection records. Prepare formal sample test reports for internal and customer review. Operate and maintain CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and conventional measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors). Support measurement engineers in calibration and management of measuring instruments. Collaborate with production teams to verify process stability and ensure effective quality control during manufacturing. Work overtime and/or night shifts when required to meet urgent production needs.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a CMM Operator or Quality Inspector. Preferred: 2 years in a similar role. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (3-view diagrams). Proficiency in using measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, CMM. Basic knowledge of CMM programming or measurement software is an advantage. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with team members and clients. Willing to work overtime and occasional night shifts.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
