Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications. Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken. Maintain and manage all quality inspection records and documentation, including inspection reports, test data, and quality control logs. Ensure all quality documentation complies with company policies and relevant standards. Assist in preparing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection protocols. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO documentation requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify quality-related data. Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing documentation for external audits. Track and report quality metrics and trends, providing documentation support to the Quality Manager. Ensure calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment and tools. Provide training and guidance to production staff on documentation procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred. Previous experience as a Quality Inspector. Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation management. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quality management software. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
