Job Description

s:

1. Run the machine according to plan.
2. Perform preventive maintenance according to plan.
3. Inspect product and inform Leader / Superior on product quality issues.
4. On time fill up the production document accurately and MES system timely and clearly.
5. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
6. Capable of interpreting the production capacity to determine the urgency of the job.
7. Capable to design / Fab simple Jig & Fixture for the job required.
8. To lead / guide the Machinist 1 & 2 to perform the job.
9. Capable of committing the process time of the job.
10. To ensure production safety & 5S is carried out and maintained.
11. Need to be independent of the machinist job assigned.
12. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Machining/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent years of related experience.
2. Minimum 5-8 years working experience in CNC machining.
3. Able to operate CNC Milling with Fanuc Controller.
4. Capable to write and understanding of basic G & M code of the machine.
5. Capable to identify / understand of the machining process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
