• Position Title: CNC Machinist cum Programmer/ CNC Machinist
• Working Location: Tampines (Near Ikea)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / Sat, 8:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 12:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T, CNC machine setup and process routing.
• Translate instructions into codes for machines to perform accurate functions.
• Prepare machine setup for test runs to ensure machine outputs are according to specifications.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
• Create solid models using the CAD/ CAM software with precision according to the drawings.
• Coordinate with process engineers and machine stop technicians/ supervisors to create and validate machining programs.
• Supervise the task execution and inspect and measure finished products to ensure that measurements are complied with.
• Document the CNC program process and maintain the revision change according to change management process.

• Professional Certificate in Precision Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of programming experience.
• Excellent knowledge in handling, programming & setting up CNC Milling & Lathe machines. CNC Multi-Axis will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Mastercam & Solidwork.
• Proficiency in at least one CAD/ CAM software with 3D modelling.
