Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Perform CNC machine setup and operation, including tooling setup, program loading, and adjustment of work/tool offsets as required. Review engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, or sample parts to ensure accurate and efficient production. Read and interpret technical prints, ensuring part conformity within specified tolerances (typically 0.005"). Inspect machined parts using basic measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. Identify and resolve process or quality issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives that support a lean manufacturing environment. Maintain machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety procedures and company regulations. Prepare and submit production or inspection reports as required by supervisors or management. Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S practices in the work area. Support and comply with company documentation and standard operating procedures. Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining or related manufacturing operations; experience in contract manufacturing is an advantage. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and CNC control systems. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and manufacturing best practices. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
