Perform preventative and periodic maintenance on CNC\'s as per defined schedules.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines.
Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
In conjunction with the production team, will support continuous improvement of the development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent failures.
Identify and replace parts as necessary.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
General facilities maintenance and servicing including ultrasonic machine, leak testers and utilities.
Responsible for managing scheduled waste storage in accordance with legal requirements
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
