Job Description
Responsibilities
Set up, operate and maintain CNC mills to produce precision parts. Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files. Select appropriate tooling, speeds and feeds for different materials. Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges and other measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition. Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC machinist (set-up and operation required). Hands-on experience with CNC controls (e.g. Fanuc, Mitsubishi or similar). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Mastercam.
