Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
Accurately plan the production method & create programs when advised by a supervisor to customers specification using available facilities
Competently set & operate CNC MILLING machines using operating systems for each machine
Undertake any offset or minor changes to program to produce quality components to drawing limits/customer requirements
Plan & specify tooling requirements for production, including any jigs & fixtures or special cutting tools
Do first inspection of the product before send to QA
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Fully skilled time served engineer/tool maker with 2 to 3 years of CNC milling experience
CNC setter/operator with experience in CAD / CAM programming
Used to working to fine tolerances with all materials
Able to interpret engineering drawings
Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
