Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines to manufacture parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specs to guide processes.
Monitor production quality; keep detailed logs of operations and maintenance.
Perform routine upkeep and ensure tools and machines are in good condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Support process improvements to reduce material use and cycle times.
Observe all safety protocols and company policies.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
SPM or Diploma in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of CNC or machining experience.
Skilled in reading mechanical drawings.
Practical tool and machine maintenance abilities.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work overtime.
Safety-focused mindset.
