Cnc Operator/ Setter
Job Description
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning) according to production requirements.
Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work orders.
Perform machine setup, including tool selection, alignment, and calibration.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and productivity.
Conduct first-off inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or program issues.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area.
Record production data and report any deviations or defects to the supervisor.
Adhere to company safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
Collaborate with engineers and quality teams for process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
