? Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC Technology, or related field
? 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming & machining operations
? Expert in G-code programming & CAM software (Mastercam, Cimatron)
? Strong skills with CNC milling machines, tooling & machining processes
? Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
? Ability to read & interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and machining specs
? Problem-solver with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
