Confer & participate in the NPI & RFQ process alongside operations & engineering.
Assure quality & production requirements are met, according to the customer specifications, drawing/blueprint.
Work independently, self-motivation with this little supervision.
Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, production personnel and QC personnel.
Responsible for the creation and revision of ALL CNC Programs, tool libraries, setup sheets & tooling sheets.
Work closely with the mechanical engineers to develop fixturing and tooling.
Support production regarding ECR/ECO program changes, process improvements & manage the product transition from prototype to full production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
