Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Develop CNC programming for manufacturing processes.

Require hands-on CNC practical knowledge and experience.

Tooling Design Capability:

Ability to design tooling components is a plus.

Plastic Tooling Design:

Experience in plastic tooling design is an advantage.

CAD Modelling:

Proficiency in creating detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (plus point).

Project Planning:

Estimate project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure designs are feasible and efficient.

Quality Assurance:

Perform design rule checks and validate designs.

Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or enhance production quality.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of all design drafts and revisions.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for design projects, ensuring all files and records are accurately maintained.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in CAM software and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an added advantage.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to analyze specifications, sketches, and related data effectively.

Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Ability to work collaboratively with engineers from various disciplines.

Attention to Detail:

High level of precision and accuracy in CNC programming.

Capability to identify and correct issues during the manufacturing stage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

CNC Programmer: 2 years (Required)
