We are seeking for CNC Programmer to develop, optimize and support CNC machining operations including 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling, turning and other machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling and turning, contribute to process improvements, support new project development and ensure that all machining programs meet design specifications, production efficiency, accuracy and high quality.
Troubleshoot and improve machining processes by optimizing cutting parameters, tool selection and cycle times.
Support the development of new projects and First Articles (FA) submissions.
Carry out any other tasks or assignments as and when deems fit and appropriate.
Requirements / Skillset:
Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
SPM / SKM with at least 3 years working experiences in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
Technically inclined with experience in multi-axis CNC machining.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Adhere to good housekeeping and safety practices.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
