Programming precision computer equipment according to per-job specification;
Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspection on work piece using caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, pin & plug gauges and visually conforms to specifications;
Performance daily, weekly and monthly CNC maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement.
To create CNC Programme using Master CAD/CAM
To perform process troubleshooting and improvement (CNC Milling)
To design an efficient and effective CNC process for new project and product for the CNC Milling machine
Train Machinist to perform simple programming (CNC Machines)
