Depending on experience Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned project activities or task according to project schedule.
- Review new product technical information. Any discrepancy or doubt regarding technical information shall perform communication with PM / Supervisor / Manager / Dept Head.
- Issue ECO if any product technical information changes or update, communicate with related parties to obtain their approval.
- Need to know hands on MasterCam / SolidWorks and CNC programming
- Establish Work Instruction (WI) or (OMS) for project.
- Perform risk management analysis for medical product with team member.
- Establish product inspection check list, visual and inspection criteria for new product if documents are not applicable by customer.
- Perform data analysis and failure analysis report for customer complaint regarding technical or assembly workmanship issues.
- Provide technical support and monitor production progress. Update the WI or product technical documents to enhance the operation.
- Follow BEM ISO procedures and requirements. Feedback to superior if procedures are not able to follow or meet work requirements.
- Perform 5S\'s at working area all the times.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Mechanical
- Flash graduate with degree in engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in machine assembly project .
- Must be computer literate; - (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must able to perform work independently within minimum guidance.
- Must have technical background and knowledge in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic.
- Able to understand mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
- Able to perform data analysis, identify root causes and recommend action or potential solution.
- Day shift
- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
