Job Description

:

Review and correct mechanical product drawings to ensure designs meet process requirements and production standards. Develop process flows and machining programs; conduct feasibility analysis of product manufacturing and review relevant technical documents. Participate in the design of jigs and fixtures to optimize production tools, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. Prepare technical documentation for all stages of onsite production to ensure standardized and traceable operations. Provide technical support and onsite guidance during production; resolve technical issues encountered in the manufacturing process. Improve programming process and procedures from time to time. To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior. To oversee overall production process and report to superior for any major issues in factory. Implement 5S and Kaizen activities continuously. To establish or review safety work procedures in order to ensure all works performed are in compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a solid foundation in mechanical design and manufacturing. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machining or manufacturing environments, familiar with machining processes and equipment operation. At least 2 years of experience as a process engineer or CNC programming engineer, with the ability to independently prepare and optimize machining processes. Proactive and reliable, with strong communication, coordination skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Familiar with process development, fixture design, and technical support tasks; able to adapt to on-site working environments.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
