Job Opening: CNC AUTOLATHE ENGINEER

Location: Perai, Penang Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Work Week Company: Jintec Innovation Sdn. Bhd.

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Autolathe Engineer with a solid understanding of CNC machining and precision tool operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of production using CNC Autolathe machines, Wire EDM, and EDM technologies.

Responsibilities

:

Operate and program CNC Auto Lathe, Wire EDM, and EDM machines. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications accurately. Design and generate toolpaths using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam). Evaluate and optimize machining processes using simulation software or Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools. Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous process improvements. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles where applicable.

Requirements

:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1 years of experience in CNC machining, with strong exposure to Autolathe and EDM. Proficient in CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD. Experience with FEA or simulation software for process validation is an advantage. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
