Job Description
Wentel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is actively seeking individuals with your skillset to join our team as CNC Technician.
- 5-day work (Monday - Friday)

- At least SPM or equivalent years of related experience
- At least 2 years working experience in CNC manufacturing industry.
- CAD/CAM software, Basic Machine G & M code & Production Planning / Optimization.
- CAM programming, setup machine, dimensional measurement
- Basic G & M code, Engineering Drawing interpretation.
- Able to work day/night shift in machines
- Communicate with superior regarding work and upload documents.
- Responsible for supervising the daily operation activities as well as managing of team to ensure production output is met.
- Ensure Health & Safety of team members through PPE, safety equipment & safe systems of work are always adhered to.
- Ensure machinery is operated in accordance with set guidelines/ procedures and report machine issues.
- Cascade objectives to team members to achieve maximum output.
- Ensure accountability is cascaded down and use initiative to resolve issues.
- Organise team effectively to ensure daily targets are met in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
