Number7464SharemoreThis role supports the PBCA production lines & focuses on operating CNC Milling machine, and ensures adherence to the quality standards.Your tasks

• To design an efficient and effective CNC process for PCBA manufacturing
• Set up and operate CNC milling machine to produce high-quality PCBA panels
• Operate and program wave solder machine for PCBA assembly
• Perform and lead regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC milling machine and wave solder machine to ensure optimal performance
• Design and prepare jig and fixture for work holding
• Maintain accurate records of milling programs, jigs, wave solder programs, and machine maintenance
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area at all times.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet production goals and deadlines

• 3-5 year of experience preferably in CNC milling machines and CAM software
• Knowledge in newest technology CNC machine function and technical
• Ability to read, create and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willing to learn new knowledge/technology
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
