Job Summary: Looking for 6 to 9 Years of experience (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes) resource who has knowledge in RPG/400,COBOL/400,DB2/400,CLLE. Key Responsibilities: Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope. Provide comprehensive support to internal customers achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues. Manage 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and good quality. Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization. Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing. Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation. Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance. Essential Skills: At least 6 years\' experience in relevant Banking / Information Technology Proficient in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, CL programming Knowledge in RPG/400, DB2/400. Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Well-versed in-service management/production support Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
