Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Student Engagement

Conduct coding and robotics lessons using the organisation's established teaching framework. Lead weekly classes, workshops, and school-based learning programs. Guide students in developing final digital projects for presentation to peers and parents. Create a positive, interactive, and collaborative classroom environment. Motivate students to overcome challenges and turn ideas into practical digital solutions. Provide timely and constructive updates to parents on student progress.

2. Curriculum Support & Enhancement

Facilitate hands-on activities and workshops to test new curriculum materials. Work closely with senior instructors to refine lesson plans and improve teaching materials. Contribute feedback and implement enhancements to both existing and new curriculum content.

3. Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration

Continuously expand your own knowledge of programming, robotics, and software development. Apply real-world examples to help students solve technology and problem-solving challenges. Support the development and growth of the instructional team as the organisation expands.

Requirements

Passion for teaching and developing digital skills among young learners. Strong interest in programming, software development, mobile apps, or hardware-related coding. Eagerness to learn more about computer science or engineering topics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Open-minded, adaptable, and able to engage students of different levels. Familiarity with at least one programming language is an advantage. Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or training is preferred. Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Strong ownership mindset with a "get-things-done" attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
