Job Responsibilities:

Teaching & Student Development

Deliver coding lessons using the academy's established teaching methodology through weekly classes, ad-hoc workshops, and school-based programs. Guide students in developing final projects to be showcased to their peers and parents. Create and maintain an engaging, collaborative, and supportive classroom environment. Encourage students to overcome challenges, think creatively, and transform their ideas into functional digital products. Provide timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback to parents regarding student performance and progress.

Curriculum Testing & Improvement

Conduct workshops and hands-on activities to test newly developed curriculum materials. Collaborate closely with lead instructors to refine lesson plans, activities, and teaching approaches. Apply continuous improvements to both existing and new curriculum based on observations, student feedback, and team input.

Learning & Growth

Continuously expand your knowledge in software development, computer science, and relevant engineering concepts. Apply real-world digital skills to help students solve community, technology, or innovation-related problems. Play an active role in strengthening and growing the instructional team as the academy expands.

Requirements:

Passionate about nurturing digital skills in the next generation. Strong interest in software engineering, including mobile apps, programming, or hardware-related coding. Eager to learn and expand knowledge in Computer Science and/or Engineering. Strong communication and problem-solving skills; open-minded, dynamic, and adaptable. Preferably familiar with one or more programming languages. Prior teaching, tutoring, coaching, or team training experience is an advantage. Fast learner, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. ?Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. A "get-things-done" attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
