The role:

Do you possess a high level of reliability, precision and attention to detail? Are you looking for a position that allows you to apply your expertise and take-charge nature? We would love to have you be part of a friendly, global culture team in Centre of Excellence (CoE).

We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and ensure a positive experience for the customer.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Ensure consistency in meeting service standards
• Set direction and enable team collaboration to meet targets
• Coach and mentor team members
• Be the escalation point for resolving complex issues

Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
• Experience with leadership, coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance overall performance
• A strong customer focus and with a strong team ethic
• The ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
• Excellent time management skills to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment
