Job Description

:

Coffee Plantation Management (Main responsible):

u Oversee the daily operations of the coffee farm to ensure high yield and quality.

u Supervise planting, harvesting, processing, and storage of coffee.

u Implement sustainable and modern agricultural practices.

u Manage farm workers and ensure compliance with safety and labor standards.

u Coordinate with the accounting and procurement team for farm expenses and equipment.

Coffee Trading & Business Development (Optional):

u Analyze coffee trading opportunities, including profit margins, inventory turnover, and market cycles.

u Execute daily trading activities including product selection and portfolio execution.

u Monitor market trends to inform pricing and sourcing decisions.

u Conduct in-depth sales and performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.

u Develop both short- and long-term business strategies to optimize profitability.

Desired Experience and Skills includes:

u Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Agriculture or a closely related field.

u Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee plantation management.

u Strong leadership and team management skills.

u Good understanding of sustainable and commercial farming practices.

u Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

u Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

u Proficiency in Lao or English (both preferred).

Qualification:

Agriculture, or related fields.

Working location:

PAKSE-Champasack Province, Lao PDR (with domestic and international travel).

Working time:

from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.

Salary:

up to 1,500$

Report to owner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,848.42 - RM3,991.15 per month
