Colgate Palmolive HR Xccelerate+ Management Trainee Program

Our Xccelerate Program is an accelerated program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the HR Business Partnering, Expertise (Learning, Employer Branding & Talent Management) to equip you to be future-ready.

What Can You Expect From The Program

-Duration : 24 months

-Rotation : Business partnering, expertise (employer branding, learning & talent) & other exciting cross-country projects

-Network for success: Line manager, function director, peer & cohort support

-Capability building: Learning & development opportunities to upskill & reskill.

Who Are We Looking For:

-Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experience

-Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes

-Passionate about developing a career in HR

-Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills

-Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility

-Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset

-Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills
