Colgate Palmolive HR Xccelerate+ Management Trainee Program

Our Xccelerate Program is an accelerated program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the HR Business Partnering, Expertise (Learning, Employer Branding & Talent Management) to equip you to be future-ready.

What Can You Expect From The Program

Duration : 24 months

Rotation : Business partnering, expertise (employer branding, learning & talent) & other exciting cross-country projects

Network for success: Line manager, function director, peer & cohort support

Capability building: Learning & development opportunities to upskill & reskill.

Who Are We Looking For:

Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experience

Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes

Passionate about developing a career in HR

Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills

Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility

Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset

Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills

We are looking for someone with a strong growth mindset, has passion for dedication, agile and able to handle priorities & ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Our team and business is part of a huge transformation journey and we want someone to be part of this amazing journey.
