Job Description
Working Location : Menara Maybank / Etiqa Maybank Working Hour : (Monday - Friday 8.45 am - 5.45 pm). (Saturday 9.00 am - 2.00 pm) Details :
- Make call for past due account (Credit Card/ Mortgage Loan/ Car Loan user
- Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Minimum a Diploma/ Degree holder in any field
- Basic communication skill in English and must be good in Bahasa
- Can deliver result as per requirement
- Good discipline and teamwork, fast learner and energetic
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
