Office location: Next to LRT Pudu station (easily access with public transport) Job Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of attempts, contacts, and the amount collected \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain customer\'s accounts to ensure the accounts are current and well conducted \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact customers to remind customers of the payment schedule and obtain relevant payments \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters, and legal counsel \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies to determined appropriate action \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing, planning, and implementing strategies to recover principle from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to do extra miles such to improve current credit policy, credit analysis methodologies such as credit scoring/portfolio, portfolio analysis, client audit, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Require to do field visits \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs others duties as assigned Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-2 years experience is sales/debt collector/customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate are welcome to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM with 2 year experience are welcome to apply Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
