Establish a process for monitoring and inspecting work to ensure accuracy and completeness. Including developing control points to be consistent with collection goals. Coordinate with regional and other departments to initiate the automatic process, procedure/script/workflow development, system optimization, project implementation, and launch new initiatives. Including communicating and working with the team and relevant departments to apply it more efficiently. Data and user acceptance testing for all systems involved in teamwork. Collaborate with the team and related parties to provide full support to achieve goals. Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure all plans, projects, and procedures are compliant. Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. 2-5 years of work experience in Planning and Analysis. Have a background or knowledge in the financial or collection industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with SQL, G-Suit, Looker, and Data Studio. (or equivalent). Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
