Job Description


: Analysis and Planning Manage and track all reports related to collection performance to accurately report relevant parties with insights and updates. Prepare and analyze workforce and workload data to support efficient and effective capacity planning decisions. Analyze existing data, markets, competitors, and external data sources to predict direction and improve strategy. Provide initiatives for new automated processes, system features, work tools, modern procedures, and innovation ideas to improve performance with full scalability. Set realistic KPI goals and develop measures in line with collection goals. Coordinate with regional and other departments to initiate the new strategy, management tools, improvement plans, business development, project implementation and launch new initiatives. Including communicating and working with the team and relevant departments to apply it more efficiently. Data and user acceptance testing for all systems involved in teamwork. Collaborate with the team and related parties to provide full support to achieve goals. Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure all plans, projects, and procedures are compliant. To support driving performance and projects to achieve the company\'s goals. To perform the other assignments or special projects are assigned by the Manager and Management team. Operational Excellence Manage and track all reports related to process performance to accurately report relevant parties with insights and updates. Prepare and analyze processes and results to support efficient and effective capacity planning decisions. Analyze existing data, markets, competitors, and external data sources to predict direction and improve process. Provide initiatives for new collection methods, system features, management tools, motivation models, and strategies to improve performance with full scalability. Establish a process for monitoring and inspecting work to ensure accuracy and completeness. Including developing control points to be consistent with collection goals. Coordinate with regional and other departments to initiate the automatic process, procedure/script/workflow development, system optimization, project implementation, and launch new initiatives. Including communicating and working with the team and relevant departments to apply it more efficiently. Data and user acceptance testing for all systems involved in teamwork. Collaborate with the team and related parties to provide full support to achieve goals. Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure all plans, projects, and procedures are compliant. Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. 2-5 years of work experience in Planning and Analysis. Have a background or knowledge in the financial or collection industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with SQL, G-Suit, Looker, and Data Studio. (or equivalent). Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
