Job Summary: 1.Manage and lead respective teams (ranges in-charge) to control delinquencies, minimize flowthrough of accounts. 2.Manage staff resources and performances to meet performance targets and achieve job objectives. 3.Perform continuity and succession planning and develop staff to achieve organizational goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for effective portfolio management of accounts in respective ranges. Lead and manage team to achieve KPIs set in terms of delinquencies, flow through rate and collectors\' productivity. Review collections MIS and implement appropriate strategies to prevent flow through of accounts, control delinquencies, minimize NPL and specific provisions. Streamline processes to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance and to improve cycle time and efficiency. Manage staff resources and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor and manage team\'s performance and coach weaker team members. Take on ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned. Qualifications -Strong communications and leadership. Preferably 3 years of Team Lead experience - At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in banking, customer service, collection/recovery or contact centres - Prepared to work extended hours - Must be able to work on a permanent basis in Penang (Leboh Pantai - Experience in target driven job is an advantage
