About the job Commercial Analyst
Responsibilities
Examines an organization's revenue, operations, and overhead costs to suggest opportunities for improvements in the company's financial standing. The primary goal of a commercial analyst is to identify the organization's spending patterns, review commercial terms within commercial arrangements / contracts, identify irregularities, provide analysis, and recommend strategies to enhance the firm's profits. Support the Commercial Manager in conducting economic analysis / project evaluation as and when required.

• Provide input in budgeting and forecasting for business planning.
• Analyses budget reports and suggests strategies for improving business performance.
• Perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities.
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in providing data-backed recommendations to the management to support effective decision-making.
• Coordinate with the finance team to streamline and channel efforts to improve the financial performance of the organization.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Have 5 to 7 years minimum in Oil and Gas related fields, with specific experience in Upstream Oil & Gas or PSC / RSC environment.
• Preference for personnel with international experience.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and investigative skills.
• Experience in operations of oil and gas facilities
