Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our high performing delivery team on a 12-months contract.

You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be based on the Exchange TRX, Lendlease\'s largest integrated development in Asia.

The Commercial Analyst role serves develop, manage, and have ownership of the Commercial Assessment (\xe2\x80\x9cCA\xe2\x80\x9d) (including development model and related analyses) during the project, with support from the Commercial team and relevant stakeholders of the various work streams.

Key Accountabilities

• 
  Responsible for Month End process (preparation of journals, accounting schedules, reconciliations etc)
• 
  To review, interpret and analyse financial data to identify and explain variances / significant trends / key fluctuations against key matrixes
• 
  Responsible for preparing and submitting Main Contract claim to Client
• 
  Maintaining payment register for project
• 
  Responsible for updating, compiling reports for Client reporting purpose
• 
  To participate and support continuous improvements on work processes
• 
  To provide guidance and support to team with regards to finance matter
• 
  To support key internal and external stakeholders in financial and commercial decision making
• 
  Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 
  Degree Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
• 
  2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working on financial modelling projects
• 
  Great presentation skills and competent with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 
  Good interpersonal skills with strong collaborative mindset.
• 
  Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
