  • Responsible for managing the P&L for Malaysia.
  • Provide direct leadership to the Sales team, dotted line to support functions such as HR and Finance.
  • Reporting into Regional Management, you will develop and execute a strategic plan that is consistent with global company values.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with business partners, distributors, retailers and all relevant parties in the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of Senior Management experience, ideally in a highly structured MNC environment.
  • Background in Sales/Business Development.
  • Experienced in leading an direct team of at least 10 headcounts.
