Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and commercial needs. Prepare and present technical proposals, commercial offers, and quotations tailored to customer specifications. Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with customer requirements. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in alignment with company policies. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of products and services. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including site visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of client communications, quotations, contracts, and project progress. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company offerings and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Railways Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience (3+ years) in a techno-commercial role, preferably within the railway or heavy engineering industries. Strong understanding of railway products, systems, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel for client visits, site inspections, and industry events.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
