Responsibilities:
Liaise with the technical team to create cost estimations and prepare commercial proposals/quotations required for client inquiries, providing accurate information to relevant parties
Prepare an analysis of the After Project Report for each project to ensure that the profit margin is maintained within the estimated range.
Project Consumer and Material Consumption. Communicate and liaise with the Technical team and provide comprehensive analysis to the technical team and directors.
Issue invoices and accounting statements using the XERO system to customers and liaise with clients for receivable payments
Maintain accurate records in the sales register and conduct monthly sales performance reviews with the management
Prepare tender documents, tender reports, quotation costs, and contract documents
Forecast and monitor cost control management to provide clear contractual advice and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and the project management team
Draft, propose, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing-related functions, plans, and activities, including branding campaigns, publicity, events, and others, with innovative ideas which may include exhibitions, etc.
Required Skills/ Abilities
Knowledge of basic office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and overseeing the office environment
Excel Skills Intermediate/Expert
Understanding of business processing and invoicing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in quantitative calculations or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
