About our client:Our client is a well-known FMCG company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Finance Manager, who will be responsible for commercial finance, analytics and business partnering matters for the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Commercial Director, based in Shah Alam.Key Responsibilities:You will be part of the pioneer team, setting up the finance and processes for the new entity:

• Act as the business partner by providing insightful financial information through detailed analytics.
• Responsible for management reporting, financial modelling, forecast and budgeting, liaising closely with various stakeholders.
• Presentation of monthly and yearly results, while providing commentaries and variances for informed business decision.
• Evaluate and advise on the effectiveness of overall business processes relating to finance, controls and operations.
• Close collaboration with commercial team for promotional and pricing strategies.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant commercial finance or financial planning, experience in FMCG industry is a big advantage.
• Possess strong critical thinking, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in both SAP and PowerBI is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
