This program offers a broad overview of the responsibilities and day-to-day operations of Sales and adjacent functions within Henkel's Adhesive Technologies, with the following key features:

Cross-functional exposure

through rotational assignments across our strategic business units: Automotive & Metals, Industrial & Electronics, Packaging & Consumer Goods, and Construction

In-depth learning

of how our Adhesive Technologies business operates, with hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Application Engineering

International experience

through collaboration with intercultural teams and work opportunities across Southeast Asia

Personalized growth support

What youll do

Participate in assignments across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Application Engineering within different Strategic Business Units in your assigned country Work with Henkel's leading brands and cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with world-class manufacturers across various industries Engage directly with customers to explore their needs, address pain points, drive sustainable business growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences Experience international exposure through potential cross-country rotations Take ownership of impactful business projects that contribute to real commercial outcomes Benefit from exclusive training programs, structured learning modules, and mentorship from experienced leaders within the organization

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Up to 2 years of work experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams
Analytical mindset with a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to travel across Southeast Asia as part of the program Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - additional language skills are a plus Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
