Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Market Development Executive

to expand our business presence across the

Southeast Asia market

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, marketing, and regional business development. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth through both online and offline strategies.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, understands cultural diversity, and has strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

market research and analysis

to identify potential clients, partners, and trends within Southeast Asia. Develop and maintain

relationships with distributors, partners, and customers

in target countries. Plan and execute

marketing campaigns

(digital and offline) to promote products and increase brand visibility. Manage

social media and digital marketing

activities tailored to regional audiences. Prepare and deliver

sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials

. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and online/offline networking events when required. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, marketing) to ensure consistent brand communication and market alignment. Track and report business performance, sales data, and market feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

. Experience in

sales, marketing, or business development

, preferably within the

Southeast Asia region

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing platforms

(Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in

Mandarin & English

is required; fluency in

Bahasa Melayu, or other SEA languages

is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally for business development purposes.
