Our client is an International Pharmaceutical CMO company that successfully operates in branded generics, OTC, food supplements, herbal medicines, and veterinary products. They are present in more than 40 Countries around the globe, and employ a diverse leadership team of more than 100 professionals. Our client is now looking to establish their brand and service offering in the Asia Pacific Region, and this Commercial Head position is a newly created vacancy. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain the organisation\'s presence in Indonesia & Malaysia, hire distributors, manufacturing partnerships, and interact with the local authorities. Develop and implement a strategic plan in the territory. Propose the right portfolio and follow its registration in collaboration with the authorities and the company\'s local partners through a strong understanding of the regulatory atmosphere in the region. Analyse the pharma Market and propose the best fit from the company\'s Contract Manufacturing portfolio/service offering to be launched in Indonesia & Malaysia Manage tender business and KOLs Lead a team to achieve the revenue and profit targets as well as the growth expectations, Skills & Requirements: Scientific background, with a Bachelors degree in a Chemistry or other Science focused field. Master\'s Degree/MBA would be be desired. 7-10 years\' professional working experience in an International Pharmaceutical company/companies. Substantial experience in managing Distribution, Sales and Marketing. Regulatory & business development experience is also highly desired. plus. Willing to travel per month and within the greater APAC region.
